Jessi Chelf has 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. In 2000 she began her career in the industry with CB Richard Ellis in Tulsa, OK in Asset Management and later took a position in Brokerage Services as a Marketing Specialist. In 2005 Jessi transferred to CBRE in Kansas City where she worked with the Retail Team in marketing and sales. Prior to joining L³ Corporation, Jessi was the Marketing Manager for BC Development Co., a nationally recognized development company focusing on government, medical office and retail development.

Jessi’s experience involves all aspects of marketing and research for landlord and tenant representation which includes the development of marketing materials, presentations, proposals and investment packages; as well as demographic studies, mapping, aerials, market research and website content. She launched the L³ Corporation social media campaign including Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin pages and maintains each. She is skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Sites USA, Google Earth and various web-based property databases providing maximum exposure for listings.

Jessi graduated from Southern Nazarene University in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a degree in Organizational Leadership. She also holds her Missouri Real Estate License. Jessi joined L³ Corporation in July of 2010.
