We assist in letter of intent preparation and we manage the negotiation process. We assist in assembling the materials needed for Real Estate Committee review and approval. Once the site is approved, we continue to stay actively involved. We assist legal, obtain construction information and generally act as a resource for our client. We do not stop working until the store is open and our client is satisfied.
