L3 Corporation is proud to announce the signing of its number 1 draft choice, Scott Bitney. Bitney specializes in third party leasing and tenant representation throughout Missouri and surrounding states.

Bitney brings with him nearly 5 years of retail experience, having worked on a variety of projects throughout the Midwest, from the leasing of big box developments to unanchored strip centers. Locally, Bitney represents an assortment of retailers including Jason’s Deli, Cato Fashions, Hibbett Sports and Which Wich. “I am thrilled to be a member of the L3 team. In this current challenging environment, I am excited to join a firm with such a great reputation, a fantastic client base and plans for future growth,” said Bitney.

Bitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Louis University.
