Mr. Pettit comes to L3 from Sansone Group, where he served as Executive Director of Retail Services for seven (7) years and oversaw in excess of 13 million square feet of retail space. At Sansone Group, he was responsible for securing new shopping center development sites, leasing multiple publicly traded REIT retail assets in several states, leading the rollout and development efforts of multiple clients, and handing asset acquisition and disposition for several major clients.
Mr. Pettit has received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award six (6) times.
At L3 Corporation, Mr. Pettit will bring his extensive experience in client representation – from relocation, leasing and purchasing options to new site selection.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH where he earned his B.S.BA with a major in Finance. Mike is a passionate member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and serves as a Chairman of the Stephen Pettit Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. Mr. Pettit is married and has two sons.
