March 2018 marks the 20th anniversary of our company’s founding.

The 20 year anniversary is an important milestone for L3 Corporation as we look back on our incredible heritage of talent and accomplishments. Today, as we continue to strive for new ways to evolve our business and client offerings even more, we celebrate our growth.

With 8 real estate brokers and 4 full-time staff members, we complete an average of 1 deal every 1.6 days. We serve 65 retail clients ranging from national big box and junior box retailers to small shops and local family-owned businesses. We represent approximately 100 real estate listings with a total of 8.5 Million square feet of retail space. Today and every day, we love what we do.
