Summer Internship Program (Broker)
L3 Corporation is seeking top Juniors and Seniors in College looking to enter the real estate industry to participate in a paid summer internship based in our St. Louis office.
L3’s Broker Internship Program jump-starts your career in Real Estate by providing you with a solid foundation of industry knowledge and real-world experience. During the program you will receive one-on-one guidance from senior real estate brokers within the firm. You will gain a knowledge of commercial real estate by taking on exciting projects in some of the following areas:
- Shadowing on client accounts in the St. Louis region by attending meetings and site tours when appropriate.
- Collect information on entities ranging from individual buildings and people, to companies as a whole.
- Prepare and manage data for a variety of studies and reports.
- Assist with the prospecting of new business opportunities including but not limited to canvassing, bulk mailing, and cold calling.
L3 Corporation is looking for applicants who demonstrate excellent leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skills who are highly motivated and possess integrity as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a paid internship beginning summer 2019. The internship length is estimated at three months but is flexible based on school schedule and performance. The position has been budgeted for 30-40 hours per week, with all applicable technology provided, including a laptop or desktop computer and personal workstation. Upon your successful completion of the program, you may be considered for a full-time position.
