Craig Wielansky is President of L³ Corporation, a company he founded in March 1998. Craig specializes in tenant representation and property disposition. His duties include representing a number of retailers on a national and international basis.
Over the past 25 years, Craig has worked with such retailers as Anna’s Linens, Arhaus Furniture, Bizmart Office Products, Circuit City, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ethan Allen, Golf Galaxy, JC Penney, Jos. A Bank, Kirkland’s, No Contest, Organized Living, PetSmart, Pier 1 Imports, Ross Stores, Scrubs & Beyond, Sears, Sears Grand, SportMart, Sports Authority, Staples, Shoe Carnival, The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co., The Tile Shop, ULTA, Value City Department Store, Viking Culinary Arts Center, Wild Oats Market, Zany Brainy, Biaggi’s, Big Bowl, California Pizza Kitchen, Capital Grill, Chili’s, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, Macaroni Grill, Oceanaire and On The Border. Craig formerly served on the Board of Directors of Organized Living and presently serves on The University of Texas Business School Business Honors Program Advisory Board, The Brehm Preparatory School Board of Trustees and is Vice President of the Brehm Preparatory School Foundation.
Craig graduated from The University of Texas in 1982 with a B.B.A. in Accounting/ Honors Business. During his undergraduate studies, Craig received the Arthur Carter Scholarship, a national award given by The Sells Foundation for outstanding achievements in accounting. After completing undergraduate studies he successfully completed the certified public accounting exam. He then went on to law school where he received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas in 1984. He practiced law for three years with a mid-sized private law firm specializing in Tax and Real Estate Law. After practicing law, he went to work for a national developer, The Sansone Group, as Director of Acquisitions in 1987. During his tenure, the company completed over 3,000,000 square feet of new development. In 1989 Craig started the Tenant Representation Department and completed over 4,000,000 square feet of transactions. He was then hired as the Vice President of Tenant Representation in January of 1997 by another real estate development and brokerage firm, The Midland Group. At Midland Craig completed over 1,700,000 square feet of tenant representation transactions. When Midland was acquired by Regency Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT, Craig formed L³ Corporation. Since its inception, L³ Corporation has completed over 15,700,000 square feet of tenant representation and disposition transactions in over 70 cities in the United States and Canada.
