KYLE STEINER began his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield, locating real estate opportunities across the country exclusively for Edward Jones.  Before joining L3, he was the lead retail tenant representative in JLL’s St. Louis office, servicing the firm’s long list of national tenants.  In addition to his assignments with national, regional, and local tenants, Steiner works with several national landlord groups such as Time Equities, Hildegard Properties, and Cohen Equities.
